Relaxed on vacation, with these tips you can do it too
Nothing more annoying than being on vacation and still being stressed out. Stress from work or packing. Today I am sharing with you tips on how to be relaxed on vacation and how to be relaxed during your vacation.
Going on vacation relaxed
I speak from experience when I talk about stress, tension and vacation. I’m a great planner, as you may know if you’ve been following me and reading my Bullet Journal articles for any length of time. I put everything on paper, plan everything in advance and can get completely stressed out when things don’t happen the way I thought they would.
And to say I go on vacation relaxed, not really.
A stress chicken
I’ve had this since childhood, I’m a stress chicken and always want to be in control. I have learned to deal with this, know how I am and make sure I always lay out and plan everything in advance. The husband finds it easy because he knows that if he has me along, he has nothing to worry about and that’s just the way it is.
Occasionally it is also annoying, I can get nervous about nothing and only when we are on the road can I relax and know that I can’t do anything about it anyway if I have forgotten something.
With the vacations I also plan, anyway what goes along to the campsite. Not the destination, that’s the weird thing. Being the stress chicken that I am, I am fine with not knowing where we are going on vacation.
Our destination can change by the day, depending on the weather. Anyway, going on vacation relaxed is nice. After all, you don’t want to spend a whole week recovering from working all year before enjoying your summer destination.
